$50 Million Settlement

Partner Jerry Baldino Jr and Jerry Baldino III secured this record setting recovery in a catastrophic personal injury case arising from a severe motorcycle collision involving a commercial vehicle. The collision occurred on a rural two (2) lane roadway. Our client, the motorcyclist, was traveling home from work, when the commercial vehicle exited a driveway and attempted to make a turn across the roadway, doing so, the commercial vehicle obstructed both lanes of travel.
